Construction Cleaning
EDGE partners with clients, contractors, and tenants to help achieve their desired level of cleanup following a variety of construction projects. Job sites can range from post-new construction deep cleaning to a minor cleanup during and/or after a remodel. EDGE will ensure that the work is completed on time and according to spec.
Rough Clean
The first cleaning phase is commonly referred to as the “Rough Clean”. During this phase a thorough removal of debris, dust, trash, and stickers from windows will be performed. This phase of cleaning is done to help prep for the next level of construction. A rough clean helps to keep jobsites from being overwhelmed with trash, dust & debris.
Final Clean
Phase two is commonly referred to as the “Final Clean”. This is when the detailed clean will take place. Floors will be swept, mopped, and any carpet will be vacuumed. All fixtures, appliances, counter tops, and cabinets will be thoroughly cleaned and wiped free of dust/debris. Windows will be cleaned to a streak free shine. Bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom. Pressure washing can be added for an additional cost. The goal is to get the building turnover-ready.
Touch-Up/Punch Clean
The third clean happens after contractors have finished their trades and completed their walk-through. It’s at this time that an EDGE manager will walk the jobsite with the project manager and address any imperfections. This can look like dust, fingerprints, paint splatter, etc. This is the final step to ensuring the building is ready for site visits or openings.
